A. Burton Tripathi, Ph.D. has been named Chief Executive Officer of TrueVision Systems Inc., by the Board of Directors. Dr. Tripathi succeeds Forrest Fleming, who announced his retirement earlier this month. Mr. Fleming will retain the title of CEO Emeritus; working closely with his the Board of Directors and Dr. Tripathi to ensure a smooth transition.
